A stone’s throw away from the beach, this recently renovated beach shack is in a quiet residential street only 100 meters from Caloundra’s most sought-after restaurants and beach, Kings Beach.

This home was originally an authentic beach shack that has been converted to a tastefully designed, coastal abode.

The Space:
Enjoy the ocean views from the balcony while you relax and unwind. The beach shack offers the perfect laid back holiday destination. This home has been purposely designed to create a unique holiday experience. This coastal beach shack features 4 bedrooms to sleep 8 people, 3.5 bathrooms and three separate living spaces to sit, relax or entertain in any season. The backyard features a large pool providing ample space for your kids. At the end of the day, the upstairs deck gives beach glimpses and enough space for the whole family to sit back and relax.
Enjoy a BBQ on the deck with seating for the whole family. 

Fully Equipped Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking essentials including a microwave, dishwasher, oven, and gas cook top. Full sized fridge and double sink. Kettle, toaster, toasted sandwich maker and more crocker and cutlery than needed to eliminate the hassle of washing up after every meal.

The Master Bedroom:
Open and bright with air conditioning and a ceiling fan, the master suit is perfect for any couple on vacation. The large king size sleeping duck mattress with a cooling mattress protector, paired with soft resort quality pillows will have you looking forward to falling asleep every night. After a long day at the beach, curl up and watch a movie on the 42-inch smart tv. Ensuite attached.

Other Bedrooms:
Designed with families in mind this beach house offers three other bedrooms. All bedrooms boast coastal vibes, complete with ceiling fans, hotel quality pillows and good quality mattresses to ensure a quality night sleep for the entire house. 

We have endeavoured to make your holiday extra special and stress free as possible.

The property has unlimited free NBN high speed internet and offers four huge flat screen televisions.

The sea breeze flows through the house on balmy summer days; however you will find split system air conditioning in both the main living space, master suite, rumpus room and downstairs living room. 

Linen and toiletries not provided. Basic cleaning products are also supplied. You are encouraged to use our laundry that is fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home for your stay including the front driveway to park 2 cars and the backyard.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family.

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay and bond payment. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
